Teriyaki Salmon Bites
Bite sized portions of a favorite asian inspired pesca-entree
Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon cut into 1.5" cubes
Teryaki Glaze
- ΒΌ cup stir fry sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped scallion
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Combine all of the glaze ingredients and mix well. Use a food processor if ginger is stringy or you want a smooth glaze.
- Air fry at 380 for 8 minutes.
- If you're not just eating these by themselves or would prefer the entree version, enjoy over jasmine rice or avocado toast.
