Teriyaki Salmon Bites

Bite sized portions of a favorite asian inspired pesca-entree

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb salmon cut into 1.5" cubes

Teryaki Glaze

  • ΒΌ cup stir fry sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped scallion
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp hot honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the glaze ingredients and mix well. Use a food processor if ginger is stringy or you want a smooth glaze.
  • Air fry at 380 for 8 minutes.
  • If you're not just eating these by themselves or would prefer the entree version, enjoy over jasmine rice or avocado toast.
