salmon
cut into 1.5" cubes
Teryaki Glaze

cup
stir fry sauce

tbsp
chopped scallion
1
tbsp
minced ginger
1
tbsp
hot honey
1
tbsp
sriracha
2
tsp
fish sauce
2
tsp
soy sauce
Instructions
Combine all of the glaze ingredients and mix well. Use a food processor if ginger is stringy or you want a smooth glaze.
Air fry at 380 for 8 minutes.
If you're not just eating these by themselves or would prefer the entree version, enjoy over jasmine rice or avocado toast.
