Meaty Balls
Tasty combo of beef, veal, pork AND turkey
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef/veal/pork meatball/meatloaf meat
- ½ lb ground turkey
- 2 duck eggs
- 1 cup shredded aged gouda cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- ½ cup water can substitite poultry/meat stock
- ½ cup homemade tomato sauce can substitute any sauce of choice
Instructions
- mash all ingredients by hand until well combined
- roll into 1" balls
- either freeze or cook
- air fry at 400℉ for 10 minutes
Notes
You can air fry these with a glaze if you want sticky meat. Some flavorful options to combine are hot honey, cloves, chili, thyme, wine, ketchup, brown sugar, and/or apple cider vinegar.
