Meaty Balls

Tasty combo of beef, veal, pork AND turkey

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef/veal/pork meatball/meatloaf meat
  • ½ lb ground turkey
  • 2 duck eggs
  • 1 cup shredded aged gouda cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley
  • ½ cup water can substitite poultry/meat stock
  • ½ cup homemade tomato sauce can substitute any sauce of choice

Instructions
 

  • mash all ingredients by hand until well combined
  • roll into 1" balls
  • either freeze or cook
  • air fry at 400℉ for 10 minutes

Notes

You can air fry these with a glaze if you want sticky meat. Some flavorful options to combine are hot honey, cloves, chili, thyme, wine, ketchup, brown sugar, and/or apple cider vinegar.
